1. Information We Collect

We collect the following types of information when you use Daily Hisab Pro:

• Account Information: Mobile number used for registration and login.
• Financial Data: Income, expense, udhari, stock value, budget entries you add to the app.
• Device Information: Device type, operating system version, and app version for technical support.
• Usage Data: App features used, frequency of use, and crash reports to improve the app.

2. How We Use Your Information

• To provide and maintain the Daily Hisab Pro app and its features.
• To generate your Business & Personal Finance Score and financial reports.
• To send app notifications and reminders (which you can disable anytime).
• To provide customer support when you contact us.
• To improve app features based on usage patterns (anonymised).
• To process Premium subscription payments via the Google Play Store.

3. Data Storage & Security

All your financial data is encrypted both in transit (SSL/TLS) and at rest. Your data is stored on secure cloud servers. We implement industry-standard security measures including:

• End-to-end encryption for all financial data transmissions.
• PIN-based App Lock feature to protect your data on-device.
• Regular security audits and vulnerability assessments.
• 99.9% uptime SLA with secure backups.

4. Data Sharing

We do NOT sell, rent, or trade your personal or financial data to any third party. We may share limited data only in these cases:

• Google Play Billing: For processing Premium subscription payments.
• Analytics (anonymised): Aggregated, non-identifiable usage data to improve the app.
• Legal Requirements: If required by law or court order in India.

5. Manager Access

If you add a Manager to your business account, that manager can access the data you grant them (full or limited). You can remove manager access at any time from the Manager Management screen.

6. Data Retention

Your data is retained as long as your account is active. If you delete your account, all personal data is permanently deleted within 30 days. Exported CSV files remain on your device and are your responsibility.

7. Your Rights

• Right to access your personal data at any time (via data export feature).
• Right to correct inaccurate data (directly within the app).
• Right to delete your account and all associated data.
• Right to opt out of promotional communications.

8. Children's Privacy

Daily Hisab Pro is not intended for children under 13 years of age. We do not knowingly collect data from children.

9. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify you of significant changes via the app or email. Continued use of the app after changes constitutes acceptance.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using Daily Hisab Pro ("the App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the App.

2. App Description

Daily Hisab Pro is a financial management mobile application designed for Indian small businesses, MSMEs, shopkeepers, traders and individuals. The App provides tools for income/expense tracking, udhari management, stock value management, budget planning, and financial health scoring.

3. User Account

• You must provide a valid mobile number to register.
• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and PIN.
• You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.
• You must notify us immediately of any unauthorised use of your account.
• One account may manage multiple business and personal profiles.

4. Free & Premium Plans

Free Plan: Access to basic features including income/expense tracking, basic reports and Finance Score with up to 100 transactions per month.

Premium Plan: Unlimited transactions, stock value management, budget planning, data export, manager access, recurring payments and all advanced features at ₹99/month or ₹999/year.

Premium subscriptions are billed through the Google Play Store. You can cancel anytime via Google Play — no refund for the current billing period unless covered by our Refund Policy.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree NOT to:

• Use the App for any unlawful purpose or in violation of Indian law.
• Attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, or hack the App.
• Share your account credentials with unauthorised persons (use Manager Access for delegation).
• Use the App to process fraudulent transactions or financial crimes.
• Upload malicious content or attempt to disrupt the App's services.

6. Financial Data Disclaimer

Daily Hisab Pro is a record-keeping and tracking tool, not a certified accounting or auditing software. The Finance Health Score and recommendations are for informational purposes only and do not constitute professional financial advice. Always consult a qualified CA or financial advisor for important business decisions.

7. Manager Access

When you grant Manager Access to another user, you take full responsibility for their actions within your account. Review manager access regularly and revoke it when no longer needed.

8. Data Accuracy

You are solely responsible for the accuracy of data you enter into the App. Daily Hisab Pro is not responsible for errors or losses arising from incorrect data entry.

9. Intellectual Property

The Daily Hisab Pro app, logo, name, design and all content are owned by Daily Hisab Pro and protected by Indian copyright and intellectual property laws. You may not copy, reproduce or distribute any part of the App without written permission.

10. Limitation of Liability

Daily Hisab Pro shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages arising from your use of the App, including but not limited to data loss, business loss or financial decisions made based on App data.

11. Service Availability

We strive for 99.9% uptime but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. We reserve the right to perform maintenance, updates or modify/discontinue features with reasonable notice.

12. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in India.

13. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.

1. Subscription Plans

• Monthly Plan: ₹99/month — billed monthly via Google Play Store.
• Annual Plan: ₹999/year — billed yearly via Google Play Store (save 2 months).
• All payments are processed securely through the Google Play Store billing system.

2. Free Trial & Refer & Earn

New users can access basic features for free forever. Premium days earned through the Refer & Earn program (15 days per successful referral) are non-refundable and non-transferable.

3. Refund Eligibility

You may be eligible for a refund in the following situations:

• Technical Issues: If the app is completely non-functional due to a bug on our end and we are unable to resolve it within 7 business days of your report.
• Duplicate Charge: If you were charged more than once for the same subscription period.
• Accidental Purchase: If you accidentally purchased a subscription and contact us within 48 hours of the charge.
• First-time Subscribers: If you are a first-time Premium subscriber and are not satisfied, you can request a refund within 7 days of your first payment.

4. Non-Refundable Situations

• Refund requests made after 7 days of the charge (except technical issues).
• Partial month or partial year refunds for mid-period cancellations.
• Referral bonus days or promotional premium days.
• Subscriptions cancelled but used for the full billing period.
• Change of mind after using Premium features for more than 7 days.

5. How to Request a Refund

To request a refund, contact us with the following details:

• Your registered mobile number.
• Google Play order ID (found in your Google Play purchase history).
• Reason for refund request.
• Screenshot of the charge (if applicable).

6. Refund Processing

• Approved refunds are processed within 7–10 business days.
• Refunds are credited to the original payment method via Google Play Store.
• We may also process refunds directly via UPI/bank transfer for eligible cases.

7. Cancellation

You can cancel your Premium subscription at any time through the Google Play Store (My Apps & Subscriptions). Cancellation stops future billing but does not provide a refund for the current period. You retain Premium access until the end of the paid period.
