Daily Hisab Pro values your privacy. We will NEVER sell, rent, or trade your personal or
        financial data to any third party. Your data belongs to you.

1. Information We Collect

Account Information: Mobile number, business name, and optional email address used for registration, security PIN setup, and account recovery.
Financial & Transaction Data: Income, expense, udhari, stock inventory value, budget goals, and custom category entries that you record in the App.
Device Information: Device model, operating system version, and app build details to facilitate troubleshooting, performance tuning, and bug fixes.
Contact List (Optional): Accessed only if you explicitly choose to import customer contact numbers for 1-tap WhatsApp payment reminders. We never upload or share your contact book.

2. How We Use Your Information

To provide core accounting, cashflow tracking, and AI Finance Health Score calculation.
To securely sync your data across all your connected devices in real time.
To send you important service updates, backup confirmations, and security notices.
To generate anonymised, aggregated statistical metrics to enhance app stability and features.

3. Data Storage & Encryption

All sensitive communications and financial data are encrypted both in transit (using 256-bit SSL/TLS encryption) and at rest on secure cloud servers located within India. Daily automated backups ensure zero data loss.

4. Third-Party Data Sharing

We do NOT sell, rent, or trade your financial or personal records. Limited data processing occurs only for:

Google Play Billing: Secure payment gateway for processing Premium subscriptions.
Aggregated Diagnostics: Anonymised, non-identifiable system crash and performance logs.
Statutory Requirements: If mandated by applicable Indian laws or judicial orders.

5. Manager Access Delegation

If you assign Manager Access to an employee or partner, they can view or edit only the specific data permissions you grant them. You can revoke access instantly from the Manager Management menu.

6. Data Retention & Deletion

Your records remain available as long as your account is active. If you request account deletion, all personal information and cloud backups are permanently purged within 30 days. Exported CSV / PDF files stored on your local device remain under your control.

7. User Rights

Right to download a complete export of your data at any time (via CSV/Excel/PDF).
Right to correct or update any erroneous entries directly within the App.
Right to request immediate account and data termination.
Right to opt out of non-essential promotional notifications.
