1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using Daily Hisab Pro ("the App"), provided by Alpha Brain Software Pvt. Ltd., you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the App.

2. App Description & Services

Daily Hisab Pro is a financial management mobile application built for Indian MSMEs, shopkeepers, traders, freelancers, and individuals. The App provides tools for income/expense tracking, udhari management, stock inventory valuation, budget planning, and AI finance health scoring.

3. User Account & Security

You must provide a valid mobile phone number to register.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and 4-digit PIN.
You are solely responsible for all entries and transactions recorded under your account.
You must notify support immediately of any unauthorized access to your account.
One account may manage both Business Mode and Personal Mode profiles simultaneously.

4. Free & Premium Subscription Plans

Free Plan: Includes core features with up to 100 transactions per month, customer udhari registers, and basic Finance Health Score.

Premium Plan: Unlocks unlimited transactions, multi-profile businesses, stock inventory management, budget controls, CA-ready PDF/Excel export, manager access, and ad-free experience at ₹99/month or ₹999/year.

All in-app purchases and subscriptions are processed securely via Google Play Store billing.

5. Financial Data Disclaimer

Daily Hisab Pro is a record-keeping and bookkeeping companion tool, not a certified accounting, auditing, or financial advisory service. The Finance Health Score and AI recommendations are for informational purposes only. Consult a certified Chartered Accountant (CA) or financial advisor for formal business taxation and regulatory decisions.

6. Intellectual Property Rights

All trademarks, logos, design assets, and software code related to Daily Hisab Pro are owned by Alpha Brain Software Pvt. Ltd. and protected by Indian copyright and intellectual property laws.

7. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any legal dispute shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in Maharashtra, India.
