1. About Daily Hisab
Daily Hisab (“App”) is a mobile application that helps users track income, expenses, stock, budgets, reports, and overall business performance. The App is owned and operated by Daily Hisab, based in India.
2. Eligibility
By using the App, you confirm that you are:
- At least 18 years old, or using under guardian supervision.
- Legally competent to enter into binding agreements under Indian law.
3. Services Provided
The App provides:
- Income & expense tracking
- Business health score
- Stock management & purchase history
- Budgets (daily, weekly, monthly, custom)
- Reports & analytics (sales, purchases, expenses)
- Role-based employee access
- Export options (Excel, PDF)
- Premium subscription with advanced features
4. Free & Premium Plans
- The Free Plan provides limited tracking and reports.
- The Premium Plan includes unlimited features, advanced reports, and priority support.
- Current charges: ₹99/month or ₹999/year (inclusive of taxes).
- All payments are non-refundable, unless required by law.
5. User Responsibilities
- You are responsible for maintaining your login credentials.
- You must ensure all entries (income, expenses, stock, etc.) are accurate.
- You agree not to misuse the App for unlawful or fraudulent activity.
6. Data Security & Backup
- Daily Hisab provides backup and restore features.
- While we take reasonable steps to secure your data, we cannot guarantee 100% security.
- Users are encouraged to maintain their own backups.
7. Referral Program
Users may get free subscription by inviting others under the referral program, Daily Hisab at any time.
8. Intellectual Property
- All app designs, logos, and features belong to Daily Hisab.
- You may not copy, distribute, or reverse-engineer any part of the App.
9. Limitation of Liability
- The App is provided “as is” and “as available”.
- Daily Hisab is not liable for any financial loss, incorrect reporting, or indirect damages resulting from use.
- Maximum liability is limited to the total Premium fees paid in the last 12 months.
10. Termination
We may suspend or terminate accounts if:
- Users violate these Terms.
- Fraudulent or illegal activity is detected.
- Misuse of the App is identified.
11. Governing Law & Jurisdiction
These Terms shall be governed by Indian law. Any disputes shall be subject to the courts of Madhya Pradesh, India.
